Job Brief:

We are looking for a responsible office manager for a diverse set of administrative tasks.  

Job Description:

The Office Manager maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; and answering phone calls.


  • Answering business phone calls/support tickets and taking messages/coordinating responses between Project Managers and customers
  • Aiding sales team by researching and organizing contacts/leads and managing CRM
  • Aiding in appointment setting and customer follow up
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with various promotional activities
  • Assisting with general company procedures and operations

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.  
  • Basic Tech and marketing is a Plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
